Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fibretechinc.com or the Fibre Tech Dealer Portal (“the Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, dealers, and staff who access the Services.

2. Who May Use the Dealer Portal

Access to the Dealer Portal is restricted to authorized Fibre Tech dealers. Accounts are created by Fibre Tech staff only. Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals is prohibited and may result in account termination. Each dealer account is for use by that dealer's business only.

3. Orders and Pricing

• Product prices displayed in the Dealer Portal reflect your account's negotiated dealer pricing and are subject to change with notice.
• Submitting an order through the portal constitutes a request, not a confirmed purchase. Orders are confirmed upon dealer approval of the final estimate including freight.
• Fibre Tech reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion.
• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Freight and Shipping

Freight charges are not included in product pricing and will be calculated and added by Fibre Tech staff after order submission. The final total including freight will be presented to the dealer for approval before any invoice is generated. Fibre Tech is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.

5. Payment

Invoices are generated through QuickBooks Online after an order has shipped. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fibre Tech reserves the right to suspend portal access for accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on fibretechinc.com and the Dealer Portal — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and system design — is the property of Fibre Tech Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify Fibre Tech immediately at sethm@fibretechinc.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Fibre Tech is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fibre Tech Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the value of the most recent order placed by your account.

9. Termination

Fibre Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealer portal access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other business reason. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active dealer accounts of material changes by email.
