2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you submit an estimate request, dealer application, or contact form.
• Login credentials (email and password) for authorized dealer accounts on the Dealer Portal.
• Order information including products selected, quantities, and shipping address.
• Payment information processed through QuickBooks Payments — we do not store payment card data directly.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill product orders placed through the Dealer Portal.
• To create and send invoices and estimates through QuickBooks Online.
• To communicate order status, shipping, and payment information via email.
• To respond to inquiries submitted through our website.
• To maintain and improve our services.

4. QuickBooks Integration

The Dealer Portal integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online to create estimates, invoices, and payment requests. When an order is processed, relevant information (dealer name, address, order line items, and totals) is transmitted to QuickBooks to generate financial documents. This integration is governed by Intuit's Privacy Statement.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

• Intuit / QuickBooks — for invoice and payment processing.
• Resend — our transactional email provider, used to send order confirmations and notifications.
• Vercel / Supabase — our hosting and database infrastructure providers.
• Law enforcement or legal process — when required by applicable law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and role-based access controls. Dealer accounts are restricted to their own order data. API credentials and secrets are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser.

7. Data Retention

We retain order and account records for as long as necessary to fulfill business and accounting obligations. Dealer accounts that are deactivated may be retained in our records for up to 7 years for accounting purposes.
